Marwa Ali

Newly based in Raleigh, North Carolina from Egypt, Marwa completed her Bachelors of Art degree in Photography at Nottingham Trent University. After completing her degree, she continued her education and pursued her Master's degree in Photography at NTU.

Her line of work consists of architectural, documentary and street photography. Incorporating personal and cultural experiences in life, she allows different photographic lenses to overlap and develops an artistic approach to subject matters including identity, the notion of belonging and culture. Experienced in commercial and architectural photography, she aligns her interests with pursuing a career as a curator, where she can engage with art and culture to cultivate meaningful experiences for diverse audiences.

She is currently pursuing professional drone certification to enhance skills in aerial and real estate photography and open to opportunities within the contemporary art gallery space.
